Key Integration Features:

  • Automatically screen pop the account screen in Connectwise from inbound calls matched to the caller ID in the Connectwise database to non-technical support options of the auto attendant (Sales, Customer Services, etc.)

  • Automatically screen pop and create a new ticket in Connectwise from inbound calls matched to the caller id in the Connectwise database when the new ticket option of technical support menu of the auto attendant is selected.

  • Automatically screen pop the existing ticket in Connectwise that is entered by the caller when the existing ticket option of technical support menu of the auto attendant is selected.
    • If the caller selects this option and does not know the ticket number they can press * which will send the call to the support queue and then the system will screen pop the account screen under the service tab. You can then select the correct ticket and then when the call ends you will get pop up box asking for the ticket number you were on to attach the call recording.

  • All inbound calls to any queue listed in the plugin will take a recording of the call and attach it as an internal note to either the Account, Contact, or Ticket associated.

  • Live Links have been established to create the ability to click-to-call any phone number from the Account, Contact, or Ticket records from 3CX Phone for Windows (which can be either in Softphone or CTI Mode).

  • All outbound calls established via Live Links will be recorded and attached to Account, Contact, or Ticket records as internal notes.

  • All recordings are compressed and converted to MP3 prior to being uploaded to Connectwise in order to get the longest possible call into Connectwise while observing the attachment size limit.

  • Based on the integration’s design we do not take you out of the ConnectWise interface so that your staff will feel comfortable using the views that you are familiar with.

  • 3CXPhone for Window (MAC not supported)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above (Including the free Express edition)
  • Internet Information Server IIS version 7 and above (for administrative web portal)
  • Microsoft .Net 4.5

Note: while our applications can happily co-exist on the same 3CX server, 3CX prefers that no applications be installed on the 3CX server. This includes anti-virus, SQL Server, or any other application. For this reason we recommend you install our applications on a virtual server running on the 3CX server, or on a separate server.
