Note: Version 15 of 3CX CRM Plugin for Zendesk does not currently support prompting callers for a ticket number. We must wait for 3CX to release Voice Application Designer (VAD) for 3CX V15.

Note: while our applications can happily co-exist on the same 3CX server, 3CX prefers that no applications be installed on the 3CX server. This includes anti-virus, SQL Server, or any other application. For this reason we recommend you install our applications in a virtual server running on the 3CX server, or on a separate server.



To implement the 3CX CRM Plugin for Zendesk, you must install several components. To enable the "Click-to-Call" feature, you must download and install the Zendesk add-on below:
