While our products will work perfectly when installed directly on the 3CX server, we strongly urge you to install our tools on a separate server when feasible. 3CX Support does not like anything extra installed on the 3CX server. This includes SQL Server, Internet Information Server, anti-virus software and our tools. If you need help from 3CX support, they will ask you to remove all non-3CX software PRIOR to providing assistance. Uninstalling software may delay assistance from 3CX and could require significant labor to uninstall and reinstall our tools.
We are happy to provide web demos for 3CX Partners and customers. When you purchase a Universal license key, you can cancel any time within the 30 day trial period. After the first 30 days, the term is one year.
We do have plans to support the Linux version of 3CX.
We only sell one commercial product, our universal suite of add-ons. Think of it like the "Swiss Army Knife" tool to enhance your 3CX server. That said, for very large opportunities we may consider special arrangements.
