Unable to get the application to respond in the web interface.

Ports are open

tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:8800 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 16400/RelayServices
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:8801 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 16400/RelayServices

PS your installation has an error in the local IP address with an extra space between the IP and port

There are a couple of things we should confirm.  First, be sure that you have installed the correct version of the Relay for your version of 3CX, and that you installed the Relay directly on the 3CX server.

Next, we need to verify that the Relay is running successfully.  We can test this by starting the Relay from the command prompt and observe what start up messages display.

1.  Stop the Relay service:

    Windows:  Use the services applet
    Linux:  From a command prompt type:  systemctl stop voiptools_relay.service

 2.  Navigate to the Relay folder:

    Windows:  C:\Program Files\VoIPTools\3CX Relay Service
    Linux:  /opt/voiptools/relay

3.  Start the Relay;

    From a command prompt, type:  RelayServicesHost

4.  Look for errors and resolve any found

If the Relay runs without errors, the most likely reason you cannot access the Relay web interface is either: (1) you are using the wrong IP address, or your FQDN is resolving incorrectly, or (2) the firewall ports on either the perimeter of your network, or the firewall on the 3CX server are not open as expected.  A reboot of the 3CX server may help to ensure the local firewall changes have been activated.

If you still cannot get access to the Relay, I recommend you contact our support team for further assistance.
