This feature (unique to Zendesk Integration) puts priority customers in first on the queues for inbound calls.
Automatically screen pop the account screen in Zendesk from inbound calls matched to the caller ID in the Zendesk database to non-technical support options of the auto attendant (Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
All outbound calls established via Live Links will be recorded and attached to Account, Contact, or Ticket records as internal notes.
All recordings are compressed and converted to MP3 prior to being uploaded to Zendesk in order to get the longest possible call into Zendesk while observing the attachment size limit.
All inbound calls to any queue listed in the BVoIP plugin will take a recording of the call and attach it as an internal note to either the Account, Contact, or Ticket associated.

Note: Version 15 of 3CX CRM Plugin for Zendesk does not currently support prompting callers for a ticket number. We must wait for 3CX to release Voice Application Designer (VAD) for 3CX V15.

Note: while our applications can happily co-exist on the same 3CX server, 3CX prefers that no applications be installed on the 3CX server. This includes anti-virus, SQL Server, or any other application. For this reason we recommend you install our applications in a virtual server running on the 3CX server, or on a separate server.
