Upon companies receiving customer calls, Florist integration performs a screen pops the inbound call retrieving the customer profile information, purchase information and delivery statuses.
All delivery statuses, customer information, and purchase information is stored on one universal application. This allows call receivers to give optimal assistance to customers.
This integration works with RTI and MAS accounting systems to pull customer information and improve their purchasing experience.
In addition to posting screen pops to the with inbound calls, Florist Integration can send notifications over an IP Sockets connection, by sending files, via email, or by posting data to a URL.
Once the deliver has entered in the status of the delivery through the phone, the current status of the delivery shows up on the customers profile, making it easy to report to your valuable customers.

This integration works with RTI and MAS accounting systems. It can perform screen pops on inbound calls, and send notifiications over an IP Sockets connection, by sending files, via email, or by posting data to a URL.
A Voice Application Designer (VAD) application makes it simple for drivers to report on the status of deliveries by calling a phone number and answering a few simple prompts. The IVR prompts the driver for their driver number, the order or stop number, and the delivery status. Once entered, the IVR automatically sends notifications to the accounting system to upbade the delivery status.
