3CX Post Call Surveyor creates phone-based automated surveys. Through a web-based application, you create Surveys and associate them with a specialized Digital Receptionist (IVR). To take a survey, the caller is transferred to a 3CX Digital Receptionist where a series of questions are asked and the caller’s responses are saved in a SQL database.
