Where can I download the latest release of my software?

A:

  Login to VoIPTools and select Downloadable Software in the sidebar.  If you still need help, call or email support@VoIPTools.com You should be able to get the latest version of the software, or we can provide you with a direct download link.
 

Q:

  Which should I upgrade first, 3CX or my VoIPTools products?

A:

  You must first upgrade 3CX, then upgrade our products. Keep in mind that you may also need to upgrade our VoIPTools Relay on the 3CX server .
 

Q:

  If I upgrade 3CX, do I have to update my VoIPTools products too?

A:

  Yes, you must upgrade our software too. Our product version much match the 3CX version to ensure compatibility with changes made by 3CX
 

Q:

  What happens if my annual maintenance has expired?

A:

  We do allow a short grace period. However, once the grace period has been exceeded, you will need to repurchase the software.
 

Q:

  Does the number of simultaneous calls for my VoIPTools license have to match my 3CX license?

A:

  Yes. When you order a VoIPTools product, the checkout process will ask you to select the number of simultaneous calls.
